Our restaurant run by chef Andréa Tagliarino and his brigade offers you gourmet cuisine inspired by the markets of the Basque Country and composed exclusively from the best fresh seasonal products.

From breakfast to dinner and lunch, our menu and daily suggestions will delight you.

Summer restaurant service (June to September) from 12 to 3pm and 7 to 11pm.

For the period from October to May:
Monday to Friday lunch: 12h to 14h30
Saturday to Sunday noon: 12h to 15h
Sunday night to Thursday night: 19h to 22h30
from Friday evening to Saturday evening: 19h to 23h
